Structured sessions held in Curicó and online. Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of the Chilean real estate market, delivered in plain language with time for questions.
Workshops are organized as standalone sessions. Each one can be attended independently, though they are designed to complement each other.
This session traces a development project from its earliest stage: land identification and feasibility analysis, through permitting, financing rounds, construction, and final delivery. Participants leave understanding the timeline and the key actors involved at each phase.
A detailed walk-through of the contrato de promesa de compraventa under Chilean law. We examine what each standard clause means, what triggers a breach, how earnest money is treated, and what protections exist for both parties. No legal advice is provided; this is purely conceptual education.
How do collective financing platforms work? What does it mean to participate? This workshop explains the mechanics: how capital is pooled, how projects are selected by platforms, how returns are structured in theory, and what risks participants carry. The session does not endorse any platform.
A practical session built around a framework of due diligence questions. Covers CMF registration, fund custody arrangements, exit mechanisms, how conflicts of interest are disclosed, and what documentation a participant should expect to receive before committing to anything.
An overview of how Chilean real estate is regulated. Covers the Conservador de Bienes Raíces, the role of the CMF in overseeing collective financing, municipal permitting processes, and what public records are available to anyone doing independent research.
Held at our Curicó premises. Small groups for focused discussion.
Live video sessions with the same content, accessible from anywhere in Chile.
Each session runs approximately 90 minutes including a Q&A segment.
Participants receive a written summary of key concepts covered in each session.
