Live Workshops

Structured sessions held in Curicó and online. Each workshop focuses on a specific aspect of the Chilean real estate market, delivered in plain language with time for questions.

What We Cover

Workshop Modules

Workshops are organized as standalone sessions. Each one can be attended independently, though they are designed to complement each other.

01

How Real Estate Projects Are Built

This session traces a development project from its earliest stage: land identification and feasibility analysis, through permitting, financing rounds, construction, and final delivery. Participants leave understanding the timeline and the key actors involved at each phase.

02

Understanding Promise Contracts

A detailed walk-through of the contrato de promesa de compraventa under Chilean law. We examine what each standard clause means, what triggers a breach, how earnest money is treated, and what protections exist for both parties. No legal advice is provided; this is purely conceptual education.

03

Collective Financing in Real Estate

How do collective financing platforms work? What does it mean to participate? This workshop explains the mechanics: how capital is pooled, how projects are selected by platforms, how returns are structured in theory, and what risks participants carry. The session does not endorse any platform.

Questions to Ask Any Platform

A practical session built around a framework of due diligence questions. Covers CMF registration, fund custody arrangements, exit mechanisms, how conflicts of interest are disclosed, and what documentation a participant should expect to receive before committing to anything.

Who Attends

Our workshops attract people at various stages of engagement with the Chilean real estate market. Some are considering their first property purchase. Others are exploring collective financing platforms and want to understand what they are actually getting into before proceeding.

There is no assumed prior knowledge. Sessions start from the basics and build systematically. Questions are encouraged throughout.

We do not screen participants or require any prior relationship with the real estate market. The workshops are open educational events.

Inquire About Sessions

Workshops are educational events only. Nothing presented in any session constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or endorsement of any specific project or platform. Content is designed to improve general understanding of how the Chilean real estate market operates.
